Melancholic Love

You came into my life 

Bringing a burst of happiness with you.

Never did i expect that you would to leave me too.


Seeing your smile

Blossoms my heart,

You took your place in it 

And gave my emotions a kick-start.


Something happened to you ,

That you started to avoid me.

My heart felt like it was being toyed with ,

And that feeling truly destroyed me.


Whether you left me on " seen " , 

Doesn't bother anymore.

Now when I look inside myself,

I don't find you there anymore.

My heart's empty once again,

Now on another journey ,

In search of a cure.


As sad as it is ,

I am at ease.

Though shattered in pieces,

My heart is at peace.

    The way u play with the words is just admirable I just love how u present it with such delicacy nd simpleness that it can even touch a very distracted mind.
    The meaning behind every poem is so beautiful nd appreciating the fact that u always end up on a good positive note.
    Nd mayb that's the reason u are so positive.
    Ur poems give a very enlightening effect to a soul nd that's a blessing in itself.
    Keep doing nd never let anyone stop u. Keep shining and burning 🌟 like a bright star in a sea of dark clouds.

I'll be your wings , So you are able fly And I'll hold you up , So you may touch the sky. Don't worry about anything you do  Whether it would bother me. Being able to do something for you, Is always an honor to me.. You bring peace to my life, And add beautiful colours to my world. The first time I saw those beautiful hazel eyes of yours,  Butterflies of my heart unfurled. I'm short of words  To describe this love of mine. Wave me goodbye

Please don't cry when I die,  Just look up to the sky  And wave me goodbye .  I'm certain I'll be watching you , Will come to surprise you as morning dew. Hold me in your hand until I dry  Then I'll fly again into the sky . Don't worry about us meeting again , I'll see you soon , when it will rain.  And when it does , open your arms and feel the rain ,  and that's when we meet again .  When the rain does die ,  Please don't cry , Just look up to the sky , And wave me goodbye .                           ~H.S Thukral
